What is C.O.I.L.S

C.O.I.L.S is the name given to the specialist lubrication service provided by Concept Oils, the word Lubrication is given above in bold type because there is a world of difference between "Lubricants" and Lubrication. Lubricants are the products which lubricate whilst Lubrication encompasses the whole operation of lubricating machinery. This takes in everything from selecting the correct lubricant, ordering procedures to Stock control (preventing crisis situations) to dispensing right through to oil condition monitoring if needed.

As far as Concept Oils are concerned as the lubricant specialists who supply our customers, it is for us to ensure that the use of those products is as easy and fool proof as possible.

The operator or fitters time in a wasted journey to the oil stores, the buyers time in trying to obtain supplies quickly and possibly even over an hour and several telephone calls, or worse still sending out the works van to collect oil.

MACHINE CARE

Do you change the oil in your machines often enough ? or maybe even too often, How can you tell if the oil needs changing ?. The answer is Oil condition monitoring, Concept can take samples of oil from your machines and submit them to the most respected analytical laboratory in the world for spectometric analysis. This will tell whether there are wear metals or other contaminants in the oil, whether the oil has reached the end of its useful life or not. This can save literally a fortune in expensive breakdowns and down time.
