OIL ANALYSIS:
Concept are able to carry out analysis of both new and used samples of Lubricating Oils The advantages of this service are:
Diagnostic analysis of used Oil:
A sample of used lubricating oil is somewhat like a "Blood Sample", whatever conditions exist in the machine are likely to be reflected in the lubricating oil, for example: in a Diesel engine vehicle "fuel dilution" can sometimes be a problem, this is where, perhaps an Injector is not functioning correctly with the result that too much fuel is injected into the combustion chamber, the excess fuel then runs down the bore of the engine and into the lubricating oil with the dual effects of bore washing (washing the oil from the bore) to additive attack, where the fuel attacks the lubricant destroying some of the performance additives.

Analysis of New Oil
On occasion you may wish to convince yourself that the oil you are using is fully "up to the job", in these instances a laboratory report will give an indication of the amount of additive present in the oil.
Product matching:
Do you have a particular Lubricant which is needed or preferred ? but you are perhaps not happy with the supplying company's service or prices? Concept have the facility to take a sample of the product and "Match up" to it thus giving you an alternative source of supply.

Own Label Supply:
Over the past two years we have experienced particular success with our "Own Label" business wherein, we can supply products to re-sellers in their own label. Conditions applicable are that a full pallet at a time is taken (32x25 litre) or three 205 litre barrels.
For the basic service we can supply with a simple label giving your Company Name Telephone and Fax numbers, Email Address and Web Address together with the grade of oil. This service is "free of charge", for more complex labels there may be a small cost per litre, we can also arrange for fully decorated drums to be supplied. Cost is dependant upon artwork involved and there is a contract for a minimum amount of drums to be taken in each 12 month period.
