Neatcut 403 is a highly refined, dark coloured medium viscosity neat cutting oil.
Neatcut 403 is manufactured from solvent refined paraffinic mineral oils and "active" controlled release sulphurised esters. Neatcut 403 is totally chlorine free, which is an important feature when considering disposal or recycling. The high levels of controlled release additives provide superior surface finish, extended tool lofi and low chip welding tendencies. Neatcut 403 also contains special anti-mist additives for improved visibility of the work piece, and to help provide an improved working environment.

APPLICATION
Neatcut 415 is suitable for the majority of heavy duty machining operations, including gear cutting, broaching and thread rolling. It may also be used for deep drawing and cold heading. Neatcut 415 is in a class of its own when used on difficult form tool work.
Neatcut 415 should not be used on yellow metals
